• Close to sink with running water
• Access to electrical outlet
• No pets or young children within 10ft

• Wheel-friendly (no stairs, steep hills)
• Large (10' x 10'), clean and clear area for pop up tent 
• Surface capable of handling heavy traffic (grass or concrete) 
• Tolerable weather (not available during extreme heat or cold, heavy wind or rain)
